                    <description><![CDATA[<p>The Transaction Coordinator will support EC Real Estate’s transaction lifecycle from contract<br />
preparation through closing coordination. The role requires a real estate background, strong document drafting ability,<br />
organized follow-through, and the technical capability to set up and manage CRM workflows that keep leads, clients,<br />
agreements, and transaction milestones accurate and accessible.</p>
<p>CORE RESPONSIBILITIES</p>
<p>• Contract support: Assist in writing real estate contracts,<br />
checking key details, preparing initial drafts, and keeping<br />
documentation aligned with transaction requirements.<br />
• Bio representations: Prepare bio representations and<br />
client/property presentation materials that are polished,<br />
accurate, and ready for review.<br />
• Agreement drafting: Draft agreements and supporting<br />
documents using approved templates, ensuring clean<br />
formatting, consistent language, and timely completion.<br />
• Transaction tracking: Maintain transaction checklists,<br />
deadline calendars, required signatures, document versions,<br />
and follow-up items from opening to closing.<br />
• Communication support: Coordinate with clients, agents,<br />
lenders, escrow/title contacts, inspectors, and internal<br />
stakeholders to keep each transaction moving.<br />
• File organization: Maintain organized digital records, naming<br />
conventions, compliance documents, and closing packets<br />
for quick retrieval.</p>
<p>CRM &amp;amp; TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS</p>
<p>• CRM setup: Build, configure, and manage CRM systems,<br />
including pipelines, contact fields, lead stages, tasks,<br />
reminders, and activity tracking.<br />
• Platform familiarity: Work confidently with XP, Skylab, and<br />
comparable real estate technology platforms; learn new tools<br />
quickly as systems evolve.<br />
• Data quality: Keep client, property, contract, and<br />
communication data current, complete, and easy for the team<br />
to use.</p>
<p>SUCCESS PROFILE</p>
<p>• Required: Prior real estate experience and working knowledge<br />
of transaction documents, timelines, and client service<br />
expectations.<br />
• Strengths: Excellent writing, detail orientation, confidentiality,<br />
organization, proactive follow-up, and calm communication<br />
under deadline pressure.<br />
