Recruiting & Personnel Coordinator

We are a growing US-based sales organization and we need a Recruiting & Personnel Coordinator to help us hire and onboard our sales team fast. Keep our hiring pipeline full and flowing — we hire in volume and let performance decide who stays. Your job is to keep new people coming in, get them set up in their role, and track who is producing.
