3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To match candidates and recruiters: Show candidate profiles to recruiters and job listings to candidates based on relevant criteria

With Other Platform Users

• Candidate profiles are visible to registered recruiters on the platform. This includes your name, professional title, skills, experience, and availability. Contact details (email, resume) are only visible to logged-in recruiters.
• Job listings posted by recruiters are visible to all candidates and visitors.

With Service Providers

We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the platform, including hosting providers, email delivery services, and analytics tools. These providers are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential.

For Legal Compliance

We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, or government authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
