1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Talent Frontiers (talentfrontiers.ph), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including candidates (job seekers) and recruiters (employers). By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Talent Frontiers is an online staffing marketplace that connects Filipino remote professionals ("Candidates") with businesses and recruiters ("Recruiters") seeking to hire remote talent. Our platform enables:

• Candidates to create professional profiles, upload resumes, and apply for remote job opportunities
• Recruiters to post job listings, browse candidate profiles, and connect with qualified professionals
• Facilitation of communication between candidates and recruiters
• Discovery of remote work opportunities primarily for Filipino professionals

Talent Frontiers acts solely as an intermediary platform. We do not guarantee employment, placement, or successful hiring. We are not a party to any employment agreement formed between candidates and recruiters.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To access certain features of Talent Frontiers, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@talentfrontiers.ph of any unauthorized use of your account.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines
• Recruiters must represent a legitimate business or organization

4. Candidate Terms

As a candidate using Talent Frontiers, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information in your profile, resume, and applications
• Not misrepresent your skills, experience, education, or qualifications
• Respond to recruiter communications in a professional and timely manner
• Not apply to job listings with the intent to collect information or for any fraudulent purpose
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions facilitated through the platform
• Understand that profile visibility depends on approval by our team

Talent Frontiers reserves the right to remove any candidate profile that contains false, misleading, or inappropriate information.

5. Recruiter Terms

As a recruiter using Talent Frontiers, you agree to:

• Post only genuine job opportunities with accurate descriptions of the role and compensation
• Not post discriminatory job listings or engage in discriminatory hiring practices
• Use candidate information solely for the purpose of evaluating their suitability for posted positions
• Not sell, share, or misuse candidate contact information or resumes
• Maintain professional communication with all candidates
• Comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations
• Not post spam, misleading, or fraudulent job listings

6. User Conduct

All users agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to collect data from the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Post any content that infringes on intellectual property rights

7. Intellectual Property

The Talent Frontiers platform, including its design, logos, content, features, and functionality, is owned by Talent Frontiers and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By submitting content to the platform (including profile information, resumes, and job listings), you grant Talent Frontiers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You may remove your content at any time by deleting your account or the relevant content from your profile.

8. Privacy

Your use of Talent Frontiers is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We are committed to complying with the Republic of the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

9. Disclaimers

Talent Frontiers provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any job listings posted are legitimate or will result in employment
• Candidate profiles are accurate or complete
• The platform will meet your specific requirements

We are not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the platform, or for any content posted by users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Talent Frontiers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@talentfrontiers.ph. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
