CPA (Transportation and Logistics)

We are looking for an experienced CPA to lead the company’s finance function and support strategic decision-making. This role will act as a financial partner to leadership, overseeing financial reporting, analysis, and risk assessment for fleet growth initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience in transportation/logistics and can evaluate vehicle profitability, risk exposure, and owner compensation structures through strong financial and operational analysis. Key responsibilities include overseeing accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management; building financial models and providing insights to support business decisions; conducting risk assessments for new vehicles being onboarded to determine financial viability and profitability; providing recommendations on vehicle owner compensation based on risk assessment, vehicle performance, and financial analysis; monitoring fleet financial performance and recommending improvements; and partnering with leadership on strategy, growth planning, and operational improvements.
