As a Registered Pharmacist, I’ve always had a passion for healthcare, but over the past two years at Accenture Philippines, I’ve channeled that passion into corporate healthcare operations.
My journey really took off with Project Fidelity, where I worked as a medical scribe. This role allowed me to put my strong foundation in medical terminologies into practice every single day. I mastered the art of navigating medical charting, translating provider notes, and ensuring absolute data accuracy.
Handling medical records so closely prepared me perfectly for Project Life. As a Health Operations Associate, I now focus entirely on the prior authorization process, reviewing and handling complex clinical claims.
