We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support marketing efforts within a commercial
real estate business. The ideal candidate will assist in designing marketing materials, creating visual content,
supporting digital marketing initiatives, and providing Spanish language support when needed to help reach a
broader audience.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and presentations
● Create visually engaging content for property listings and marketing campaigns
● Edit short-form videos using CapCut or similar editing tools
● Support branding consistency across all marketing assets
● Assist in social media content creation and visual marketing materials
● Develop presentation decks for listings, clients, and internal use
● Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines and marketing goals

Required Qualification:

● Experience in graphic design or marketing support
● Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar
● Experience in video editing (CapCut or equivalent tools)
● Strong creativity and attention to detail
● Ability to follow brand direction and design requirements
● Good communication and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience in real estate marketing is a plus
● Knowledge of social media content creation and trends
● Experience creating presentation decks (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Adobe tools)
● Strong portfolio showcasing design or marketing work

Work Arrangement:
