Hi, my name is Eliza Carope, I’m 23 years old and I’m based in Cebu, Philippines.

I have two years of experience in the healthcare industry. I started as a healthcare associate, assisting patients with verification, refill status, medication history, billing, and insurance concerns while developing strong communication and problem solving skills.

I also have experience using tools such as CVS Caremark for formulary and prescription coverage checks, Cisco Webex for team communication, and RingCentral for customer support.

In addition, I handled Centene Part D Medicare prescription coverage, including checking medication coverage, copays, prior authorizations, and covered alternatives while working closely with Wellcare to support members with their prescription benefits.
