Position Summary
Talent Frontiers seeks a highly motivated Automation & Systems Integration Engineer to
lead digital transformation initiatives for healthcare and human service organizations. The
role focuses on automation, systems integration, workflow optimization, compliance
solutions, AI-powered operations, and healthcare technology implementation.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement workflow automation solutions.
• Integrate HRIS, Payroll, Scheduling, EVV, EHR/EMR, CRM, Billing, and Compliance
systems.
• Develop APIs, middleware, and data integrations.
• Configure Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Zapier, Make.com, and related
technologies.
• Implement EVV, Medicaid billing, and healthcare software integrations.
• Create dashboards, analytics, and executive reporting solutions.
• Automate onboarding, credential tracking, compliance monitoring, and reporting
workflows.
• Train clients and provide technical support.

• Knowledge of healthcare technology environments preferred.
