Job Description

Talent Frontiers is seeking a professional, front-facing Account Executive to meet with prospective clients through company leads, referrals, and existing relationships. The role focuses on conducting discovery meetings for local staffing and virtual assistant placements, presenting TF services, and converting leads into active accounts. Requires minimum 3 years of experience in staffing sales, recruiting, account management, or a related client-facing sales role. Compensation is $25/hr base plus 5–10% commission on local placements, up to 15 hours per week.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales support, lead generation, or appointment setting
  • Confident, professional phone and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using CRM tools to track leads and follow-ups
  • Persistent, goal-oriented, and comfortable with outbound outreach
  • Ability to handle objections professionally and stay organized under targets
  • Experience or familiarity with: Sales, Business Development
