Automation & Systems Integration Engineer

Talent Frontiers seeks a highly motivated Automation & Systems Integration Engineer to lead digital transformation initiatives for healthcare and human service organizations. The role focuses on automation, systems integration, workflow optimization, compliance solutions, AI-powered operations, and healthcare technology implementation. Responsibilities include designing and implementing workflow automation, integrating HRIS, Payroll, Scheduling, EVV, EHR/EMR, CRM, Billing, and Compliance systems, developing APIs and middleware, and creating dashboards and analytics. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 3+ years of automation or systems integration experience.
