Box Truck Driver (26 ft) — 25% of Revenue

EMLO Transportation LLC is hiring and training a Box Truck Driver now for a 26-foot Freightliner M2 straight truck (26,000 lb GVWR, liftgate) running a dedicated Minnesota-to-California lane, roughly 1,950 miles each direction, with multiple nights out — this is not a home-daily route. Drivers are paid 25% of the truck’s gross linehaul revenue on every loaded run, settled weekly with the rate confirmation attached to every settlement. The truck typically bills $6,000 to $9,000 a week, putting driver pay at $1,500 to $2,250 a week — roughly $75,000 to $112,000 over a steady 50-week year. Fuel, tolls, insurance, permits, and maintenance are covered by the company, not the driver. Responsibilities include running the MN-to-CA lane on a repeatable schedule, pre-trip and post-trip inspections, keeping hours of service clean on the ELD, loading and securing freight (including liftgate and pallet jack work), photographing loads at pickup and delivery, getting the BOL signed, sending paperwork same day, and calling in delays early.
