Job Description

Aspire Perfection is a fast-growing London-based commercial and residential cleaning company. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help grow our commercial cleaning division by researching businesses, finding decision-makers, and carrying out personalized email outreach. This is a long-term position with opportunities to grow as the business expands.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales support, lead generation, or appointment setting
  • Confident, professional phone and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using CRM tools to track leads and follow-ups
  • Persistent, goal-oriented, and comfortable with outbound outreach
  • Ability to handle objections professionally and stay organized under targets
  • Experience or familiarity with: Lead Generation, Research
