Job Description

Geaux Elite Auto Rentals is a fast-growing car rental agency based in Austin, Texas. We are looking for a dependable Customer Service & Sales VA to help manage leads, communicate with customers, assist with reservations, and support current renters.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service, call center, or client support experience
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Patient, empathetic, and solutions-oriented approach to handling customer concerns
  • Comfortable using CRM, helpdesk, or live chat tools
  • Able to work U.S. business hours as required by the role
  • Experience or familiarity with: Customer Support, Phone Support
