Job Description

Talent Frontiers is recruiting an accomplished Litigation Attorney for a growing Southern California law firm. The role manages business, real estate, and estate-related disputes through every stage of litigation, from motions and discovery through depositions, mediations, and trial. Requires active California Bar membership and 5+ years of litigation experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Business or real estate law experience is a plus. Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and PTO.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a legal administrative, paralegal, or law firm support role preferred
  • Strong written communication skills with professional, polished correspondence
  • High attention to detail, especially with documentation and deadlines
  • Comfortable with confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately
  • Familiarity with legal research or case management tools is a plus
  • Experience or familiarity with: Litigation, Legal Research
