Job Description

Zealie is seeking a highly organized, operationally-minded RCM Project Manager to support cross-functional execution, operational coordination, and strategic initiative management across the Revenue Cycle Management organization. This role will partner closely with the VP of RCM and operational leadership teams to help drive accountability, maintain project visibility, coordinate cross-departmental initiatives, and reduce operational bottlenecks as the organization continues scaling rapidly. This is a 6 month contract.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing projects, teams, or client deliverables in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or monday.com
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills to keep projects on track
  • Clear, proactive communication style with both teams and stakeholders
  • Comfortable balancing multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • Experience or familiarity with: Project Management, Operations Management
