Job Description

Detail-oriented analyst to research properties, build systems, and make clear recommendations based on facts. Research and systems built will help determine which properties to buy, what to offer, and how confidently the team makes decisions.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in data entry, research, or virtual assistance
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, Google Sheets, and basic data tools
  • Strong research skills and ability to compile organized, actionable reports
  • Able to meet deadlines and manage repetitive tasks with consistency
  • Experience or familiarity with: Data Analysis, Real Estate
