Job Description

Looking for someone who loves marketing and knows how to attract great people through Facebook, LinkedIn, and online communities. Must enjoy improving results, analyzing data, writing compelling copy, creating engaging graphics, and building systems that consistently generate qualified applicants.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand
  • Skilled with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar
  • Understanding of platform best practices across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Strong sense of branding, tone, and audience engagement
  • Comfortable tracking basic performance metrics and reporting results
  • Experience or familiarity with: Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Marketing
