Job Description

We are a car rental company seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Remote Rent Collection Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient collection of weekly rental payments from our drivers via phone calls and other communication channels.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service, call center, or client support experience
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Patient, empathetic, and solutions-oriented approach to handling customer concerns
  • Comfortable using CRM, helpdesk, or live chat tools
  • Able to work U.S. business hours as required by the role
  • Experience or familiarity with: Time Management, Communication
