Job Description

Hiring an SEO & AI Search Specialist to grow organic visibility and revenue across traditional search and AI-driven answer engines. Will own strategy and execution for Shopify stores covering technical SEO, content, entity/structured data, link acquisition, and Generative Engine Optimization.

Qualifications

  • Background in IT support, technical troubleshooting, or systems administration
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through technical issues methodically
  • Familiarity with common helpdesk, ticketing, or remote support tools
  • Clear communication skills for explaining technical issues to non-technical users
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote support role
  • Experience or familiarity with: SEO, Google Analytics
