Job Description

The Spa & Hammam Manager provides hands-on leadership for a luxury wellness environment, overseeing traditional Hammam services, spa treatments, guest reception, retail, staffing, and financial performance. Responsibilities include daily operations, team recruitment and coaching, budget and revenue tracking, compliance and safety, and guest relations. 2–4 years of progressive spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality experience required; knowledge of Hammam rituals and scheduling platforms like SpaSoft or Zenoti is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, spa, or guest services administration preferred
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfortable managing bookings, scheduling, and client correspondence
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional, warm, and service-oriented approach to client interactions
  • Experience or familiarity with: Spa Operations, Team Leadership
