Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled, licensed RME Plumber with 10+ years of hands-on experience to lead plumbing operations across California. You will serve as the company’s Responsible Managing Employee (RME), support CSLB and code compliance, travel statewide for site assessments and quoting, and execute high-quality installations. The role focuses on commercial hot water systems, including standard tank, tankless, hybrid, and high-efficiency equipment. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses, a possible company service vehicle, fuel card, and travel per diem, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 consecutive years of professional plumbing experience, with strong emphasis on water heater technologies
  • Active, unrestricted California C-36 Plumbing License in good standing and eligible to be registered as an RME
  • Valid California driver's license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel extensively throughout the state
  • Mastery of copper soldering, PEX piping, gas line sizing, venting calculations, and electrical configurations for water heaters
  • Strong math and estimating skills, excellent verbal communication, sound judgment, and autonomous time management
